What is Burnout anyway?⁠

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands⁠

Physical signs and symptoms of burnout include⁠

💙 Feeling tired and drained most of the time⁠

💙 Lowered immunity, frequent illnesses⁠

💙 Frequent headaches or muscle pain⁠

💙 Change in appetite or sleep habits⁠

PLEASE PLEASE don't let it get that bad! If you are experiencing burnout then take a break, get help and I promise you that you will come back fighting strong 💙💪⁠

That help doesn't have to be outsourcing I am not hard selling here! It can be something as simple as these ⁠

💛 Relaxing in a bath, why not light some candles or enjoy a glass of wine⁠

💛 Have a good chat with a real friend⁠

💛 Get out for some fresh air - there really is nothing like a bit of nature and fresh air to blow the cobwebs away⁠

💛 Read a book or watch a film - bonus points if they are completely mindless cr*p because this gives your mind an even bigger break⁠

💛 Of course seek medical help if it is necessary⁠
