What is Burnout anyway?

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands
Physical signs and symptoms of burnout include
💙 Feeling tired and drained most of the time
💙 Lowered immunity, frequent illnesses
💙 Frequent headaches or muscle pain
💙 Change in appetite or sleep habits
PLEASE PLEASE don't let it get that bad! If you are experiencing burnout then take a break, get help and I promise you that you will come back fighting strong 💙💪
That help doesn't have to be outsourcing I am not hard selling here! It can be something as simple as these
💛 Relaxing in a bath, why not light some candles or enjoy a glass of wine
💛 Have a good chat with a real friend
💛 Get out for some fresh air - there really is nothing like a bit of nature and fresh air to blow the cobwebs away
💛 Read a book or watch a film - bonus points if they are completely mindless cr*p because this gives your mind an even bigger break
💛 Of course seek medical help if it is necessary
